After “discovering” psychology in my mid-20s I began to study it as a hobby. My interest continued to grow and I decided to make a career change. In 2007 I completed my formal training at Rhodes University. I value continuous learning and I do so with the help of supervisors and colleagues, conferences and workshops, living life, and importantly, also through my clients.
It is a great privilege to be taken into another’s confidence and their world, to be allowed to join and guide a person on their journey. It has been a blessing to do this work.

These are some of my personal values, which influence the way I work, and which you will encounter in our interactions:

HONESTY – INTEGRITY – AUTHENTICITY – CONTINUED GROWTH

“I live not in dreams but in contemplation of a reality that is perhaps the future.” – Rainer Maria Rilke
